Coordination Meeting of Kyrgyz Universities on Higher Education and Science
On September 16, 2025, a coordination meeting of the universities of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Bishkek.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic in cooperation with the National Erasmus+ Office.
The main goal of the meeting was to develop coordinated approaches between universities, research organizations, and the Ministry for the effective implementation of state policy in the field of science and education, as well as to discuss strategic initiatives until 2030.
With welcome speeches, the Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic, Baktiyar Saipidinovich Orozov, and Deputy Minister Nurlan Kubatovich Omurov addressed the participants. Deputy Minister Omurov also presented the Strategy for the Development of Higher Education of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025–2030, outlining key directions for reform.
