Avaz Kazakov delivered a presentation on the topic "Modern Global Trends in Education" during the panel session I, titled "Global Challenges and Trends in Education Development."
The forum was organized by the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR), which plays a significant role in ensuring the quality of education.
