Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Kamchibek Askarbekovich Uzakbaev took part in the International Eurasian Forum held in Xi’an (China) within the framework of the “One Belt — One Road” initiative.

As part of the forum, a conference on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) was held, dedicated to its modern challenges and achievements.

Professor Uzakbaev presented a report on the development of TCM in Kyrgyzstan and its spread in the countries of Central Asia.

During the visit, agreements were signed with the Xi’an Health Committee on scientific cooperation and personnel training.

The delegation also visited pharmaceutical enterprises and TCM hospitals, where clinical cases of brain diseases demonstrated the high effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine methods.

This collaboration opens up new horizons for medical development and strengthens scientific ties between Kyrgyzstan and China.
