On March 24-25, the head of the International Affairs Department of the Salymbekov University, Kunasova Meerim participated in a seminar held by American Councils UNICEN (Central Asia University Partnership Program) on the topic of internationalization of Central Asian higher educational institutions.

The seminar was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the American Embassy in Kyrgyz Republic, higher educational institutions of America, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. During the seminar, trainings were held on the example of cases on internationalization and cooperation of Central Asian universities with American universities, grants and scholarships provided by the American Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic, academic mobility, ways of virtual exchanges, where a team of Uzbek, Turkmen universities, the Salymbekov University Institution and Alatoo International University took first place among six other teams.
