President Amangeldi Zhumadilov participated in the SPHERE international seminar on “Diplomas vs Micro-Qualifications: Skills and Employability”..
The seminar, organized under the SPHERE initiative and funded by the European Union, brought together over 70 higher education reform experts from Europe, Central Asia, and the Balkans. Participants discussed the future of education systems, universities’ role in workforce reskilling, collaboration between public and private sectors, and the development of flexible and sustainable education systems that meet the needs of students and employers.
