On September 23–24, the II Russian-Kyrgyz Educational Forum is being held in Bishkek, bringing together leading representatives of government and academia from both countries.
Participants of the forum include Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Edil Zholdubaevich Baisalov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kyrgyz Republic Sergey Ivanovich Vakunov, Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic Baktyiar Saipidinovich Orozov, and other officials.
Within the framework of the forum, Salymbekov University signed three agreements with Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) on joint international bachelor’s programs in:

The documents were signed by SPbPU Rector, RAS Academician Andrey Ivanovich Rudskoy, and President of Salymbekov University Amangeldi Zhumadilovich Zhumadilov.
